Job summary

Westmount Realty Capital seeks a Senior Director – Engineering & Construction to lead end-to-end construction management on multifamily, office, and industrial assets. You will coordinate with asset, property management, and acquisitions teams, supervising contractors and validating proforma timelines.

You will also support underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions, manage multiple projects, and drive consistency with company standards across portfolios nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 8–10 years' experience in property engineering/operations and project/construction management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction/project management from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and manage third-party contractors.
• Prepare RFPs, bid analyses, and contractor selections; manage documentation.
