Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in major/planned gift fundraising and management of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead development program for the Statler College, including major gift and annual giving.
• Supervise and mentor college development staff; manage donor portfolio and pipeline.
• Provide strategic guidance on major gifts and solicitations to meet donor and institutional priorities.
• Travel regionally and nationally to engage prospects and donors.
• Collaborate with College leadership and Foundation leadership to align priorities and donor interests.
• Coordinate with Prospect Development, Donor Relations, and Annual Fund teams for stewardship and strategy.
