Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Industrial Engineer leader to manage and mentor an advanced engineering team within a contract logistics setting in Texas. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize financial performance and implement scalable processes for new client migrations.

You will coordinate with CIP and Project Engineering, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure best practices across regional operations while leveraging data analytics tools such as Excel, Access and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supply chain (warehouse/4walls) role.
• Experience in New Business Implementations.
• Driving Continual Improvement and Financial Savings in Operations.
• Prior leadership positions directing Senior Leaders and frontline Engineers in 3PL/supply chain environment.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications with advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and Power BI.
• Experience with AI tools and applications.
• Extensive understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• E-commerce experience including starting up small to large volume solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English; Spanish highly desired.
