Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior supply chain leader to drive complex optimization initiatives and design innovative solutions in collaboration with Sales and Operations. You will align internal teams with corporate objectives and deploy initiatives that advance strategic goals.

You will stay abreast of industry trends, communicate market insights to stakeholders, and provide leadership for new services, product development, and competitive positioning. Strong Excel and Lean experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 7 years of progressive leadership experience in a supply chain or warehousing environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using and implementing Lean methodology principles.
• Successful experience designing solutions and network optimization in a supply chain environment.
• Experience training and developing individual talent and high-performing teams.
