Job summary

Relativity seeks an experienced Senior Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex investigations and guide high-stakes ER decisions. You will partner with Legal, HRBPs, and senior leadership to ensure fair, defensible outcomes and worldwide policy alignment.

You will drive risk mitigation, develop ER playbooks, and mentor managers on documentation, bias mitigation, and escalation where appropriate. A strong multi-state law background is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in Employee Relations or compliance
• Proven ability to lead investigations from intake to resolution
• Knowledge of multi-state employment law and regulatory requirements
• Ability to handle high-risk cases with discretion and sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into complex ER matters with credibility assessment
• Advise on performance and disciplinary processes with clear timelines and metrics
• Partner with Legal to manage risk, escalation, and compliance requirements
• Ensure global policy consistency across regions and cultures
• Coach managers on documentation, feedback, and escalation decisions
