Tarrant County College District is seeking a Director of Employee Relations to provide strategic oversight for all employee relations matters across the district. The role supports administrators and staff in maintaining a positive, compliant work environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive leadership experience in employee relations, including leave programs and performance evaluation systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ten (10) years’ related experience.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience including coaching and performance management.
• Five (5) years managing leave programs (ADA, FMLA, Worker's Comp, etc.) and org-wide evaluation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees all employee relations activities including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, terminations, grievances, appeals, and investigations.
• Serves as ADA Coordinator to ensure compliance for accommodations.
• Collaborates with HR leaders to resolve cross-functional employee relations issues.
• Develops policies and procedures to minimize workplace conflict.
• Prepares QA and performance reports on leave programs and evaluations.
• Maintains a database of ER issues, EEOC matters, and related legal matters.
• Participates in unemployment claims and workers' comp hearings.
