Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in employee relations or labor relations.
• At least three (3) years of supervisory, lead, or project leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees and manages complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee relations matters; ensures timely resolution.
• Conducts and oversees investigations related to disciplinary matters, discrimination, and compliance concerns.
• Advises administrators on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and risk.
• Develops and delivers training on employment law, policies, and supervisory best practices.
