Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Five years' experience in employee relations.
• Three years' experience conducting workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Conduct internal investigations and prepare reports.
• Provide policy guidance and interpretation.
• Coach managers on performance and employee relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with employment laws.
