Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university (minimum).
• 4+ years of progressive professional work experience in employee relations or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, consulting, and coaching skills to work with leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, goals, and strategies for employee relations processes.
• Audit and refine processes to align with new policies and laws.
• Maintain tracking systems and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Guide staff on complaint reporting, investigations, and timely responses.
• Provide guidance on policies with a people-centered approach.
• Investigate misconduct and advise on actions and policy updates.
• Update the Employee Handbook and develop new policies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws.
