Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Senior Director, Employee Engagement & Marketing to drive employee awareness, enrollment, and usage of Bright Horizons benefits. This hybrid role requires 3 days/week at our Newton, MA headquarters.

You will lead B2B2C marketing—partnering with employers and employees—to develop integrated programs that boost benefit adoption, client launches, and measurable engagement. Build scalable strategies and mentor a high-performing team on the CMM/CMS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in client marketing, sales enablement, business development, or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs to drive awareness, enrollment, and usage of Bright Horizons benefits.
• Oversee client launches and scalable engagement strategies to increase employee opt-ins and utilization.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team on the CMM/CMS team and collaborate with Client Relations.
