Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking a Director, Multi-Service Strategic Client Relations to lead executive relationships and strategic planning for a portfolio of employer-sponsored clients across Bright Horizons lines, including Family Solutions and child care centers. This remote US role will align client workforce objectives with financial stewardship and innovative care solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; in lieu of degree, 5 additional years of relevant experience may be considered.
7-10+ years of strategic account management, client success, benefits consulting, or related B2B relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain executive-level/economic buyer relationships with HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Talent, DEI, and senior leadership stakeholders.
Lead a coordinated client strategy across employer-sponsored child care centers and Family Solutions offerings to drive utilization, engagement, retention, and client value.
Develop, monitor, and optimize annual operating budgets, enrollment projections, utilization assumptions, and financial performance objectives.
Assist with pricing, contract negotiations, and financial recommendations that align client and Bright Horizons interests.
Lead negotiations involving executive leadership, complex commercial arrangements, revenue retention opportunities, and enterprise risk considerations.
