Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Senior Director, Legal – Employee Benefits to provide strategic and practical counsel on retirement and health benefit programs across North America, partnering with HR, Finance, Tax and Governance. The role requires deep ERISA expertise and fiduciary leadership in a regulated healthcare environment.

The position is remote within the United States, with preference for candidates near Malvern, PA, and involves coordinating with internal teams and outside

Competenze

• JD degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Deep ERISA and employee benefits law expertise.
• Experience advising on executive compensation and governance.

Mansioni

• Advise on qualified retirement plans, health and welfare programs, and deferred compensation.
• Provide legal counsel on ERISA, Internal Revenue Code, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA.
• Review plan documents, governance materials, and participant communications.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions affecting benefits.
• Manage outside counsel, coordinate with HR, Finance, Tax and Compliance.
