The role partners with senior leaders to advance environmental stewardship, worker wellbeing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety & Health, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible Environmental, Health & Safety leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Environmental, Health & Safety programs across Transco Rail Services operations.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies, standards, procedures, and management systems.
• Lead environmental, health, and safety routines including audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Partner with operations and functions to identify risks and drive performance improvements.
• Monitor EHS metrics and communicate trends to senior leadership.
• Lead workforce health, injury management, and workers’ compensation program oversight.
• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
