CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Director of eDiscovery to lead the electronic discovery team on large government programs. The role covers ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production, with direct collaboration with General Counsel and attorneys.

The successful candidate will manage multiple platforms (Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO), oversee vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide process improvements in a

Qualifications

• 7+ years in litigation support/eDiscovery environments, preferably government
• Experience performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity
• Experience with end-user training and support for Litigation Support applications
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day eDiscovery operations and project management for Government projects
• Manage ESI intake, data analysis, early case assessment, and document production
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders including General Counsel, Attorneys, and Legal Staff
• Develop workflows, train users, and troubleshoot eDiscovery platforms
• Maintain knowledge of discovery industry best practices and regulations
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and ensure security controls
