Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Director of eDiscovery to lead an electronic discovery team on major government projects. You will oversee project management, ESI intake, data analysis, and production, collaborating with General Counsel, Attorneys, and Vendors.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, end-user support, and knowledge of Nuix, Concordance and IPRO platforms, with a focus on governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a litigation support, electronic discovery and/or technology support environment.
• Experience with performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity.
• Experience with end-user support on Litigation Support applications, including training.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO and other eDiscovery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead an electronic discovery team on Government projects, providing project management and ESI intake.
• Liaise with attorneys, law clerks and vendors; manage data analysis and document production.
• Maintain knowledge of discovery best practices and regulatory changes; oversee platform troubleshooting.
• Develop workflows and documentation; ensure proper chain of custody for media and data.
