Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Director of eDiscovery to lead a government project and manage an eDiscovery team across data analysis, ESI intake, and document production.

The role requires 7+ years in litigation support, experience with Relativity and other platforms, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. CGS offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• An understanding of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery/document review processes, procedures and practices is required.
• 7+ years of experience in a litigation support, electronic discovery and/or technology support environment, preferably within the Government, but a law firm or top eDiscovery vendor is also acceptable.
• Experience performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity.
• Experience with providing end-user support on all Litigation Support applications, including but not limited to assisting with end-user training.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO and other applicable eDiscovery software platforms.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance
• The Relativity Certified Administrator Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead an electronic discovery team for government projects.
• Provide project management and ESI intake support.
• Oversee data analysis, early case assessment, and document production.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices and regulations in discovery.
• Coordinate with General Counsel, Attorneys, and Legal staff as part of matter teams.
• Develop workflows and documentation for internal processes.
