CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Director of eDiscovery to lead a government-facing eDiscovery team and oversee litigation support across projects. The role emphasizes project management, ESI intake, and collaboration with legal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in litigation support, strong Relativity/Nuix/IPRO experience, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US citizenship is required.

Qualificações

• An understanding of the litigation lifecycle and electronic discovery/document review processes, procedures and practices is required.
• 7+ years of experience in a litigation support, electronic discovery and/or technology support environment, preferably within the Government, but a law firm or top eDiscovery vendor is also acceptable.
• Experience performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity.
• Experience with providing end-user support on all Litigation Support applications, including but not limited to assisting with end-user training.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO and other applicable eDiscovery software platforms.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.
• Ideally, Relativity Certified Administrator Certification

Responsabilidades

• Lead an electronic discovery team within Government projects and manage litigation support processes.
• Provide project management, ESI intake, data analysis, and early case assessment.
• Coordinate document production and liaison with third-party vendors.
• Support end-user training and troubleshooting for eDiscovery platforms.
• Develop workflows and documentation to improve internal processes.
