About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Director of E-Commerce Growth Strategy, a strategic leader with deep domain expertise and a passion for helping DTC brands grow smarter and faster. This person will serve as both a senior advisor to our top clients and a key internal partner across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

You’ll lead strategic engagements with executive stakeholders, uncover insights that drive better media and budget decisions, and build scalable frameworks that shape how WorkMagic customers adopt and grow with our platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and client success—and who’s excited to shape the future of marketing measurement.

What You’ll Do

  • Own strategic advisory relationships with our most advanced eCommerce clients—delivering insight-driven guidance on media strategy, budget allocation, and testing roadmaps
  • Translate complex measurement concepts (e.g., incrementality, MMM, MTA) into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business impact
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and CS leadership to evolve our go-to-market and client enablement strategies
  • Build repeatable frameworks, diagnostic tools, and playbooks to scale insights across our customer base
  • Identify cross-client trends and surface market feedback to inform product roadmap and business strategy
  • Serve as a thought leader both internally and externally—contributing to case studies, event presentations, and co-marketing opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce growth, marketing strategy, or performance media (brand, agency, or platform side)
  • Proven track record advising executive-level stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes
  • Deep expertise in paid media strategy and platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and emerging channels
  • Experience with marketing measurement and experimentation (e.g., incrementality testing, attribution, MMM)
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex ideas and influence decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and loves solving hard problems
