The Director, eCommerce Strategy & Integration leads a cross-functional team across Business Analytics, Data Technology, Digital Shelf, Holistic Search, and eCategory Management. This team of 17 provides the eCom & Omnichannel organization, as well as cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Category Management, etc. with thought leadership and strategy. They identify, evaluate, test, and impact Omnichannel Path-to-Purchase opportunities and capabilities, leveraging internal and external partnerships, data & insights, industry trends, and flawless execution to do so. This team is charged with integrating eCommerce data, analytics, and ways of working into multiple functions across the company including, but not limited to, Marketing, Media, Sales, M&A, Finance, and Strategy.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

· As part of the eComm & Omnichannel Marketing leadership team, this leader will own creating impactful and balanced long-term strategies to drive growth for Kraft Heinz in eCommerce. They will also need to make the right short-term decisions to drive business results without sacrificing long-term strategic capability development.

· Partner effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization to drive capability development internally within Kraft Heinz and externally within retail partners as needed, to win and secure long-term growth.

· Responsible for developing insights, strategies, playbooks, templates, and routines that embed “digital first” thinking into multiple areas of the organization and directly with customer partners (i.e., deliver and drive change management)

· Lead team to develop rigorous short and longer-term forecasting and planning capabilities and routines including regular R&O identification and embedment into ABC process and brick & mortar routines (e.g., mbr, qbr)

· Be a leader with vision in the continuous identification and evaluation of impactful eCom growth opportunities, leading their team using internal/external partnerships and resources, data & insights, industry trends, and flawless execution to do so.

· Develop the practice of eCategory Management for KHC to secure Holistic Advisorship across top retailer partners, including, but not limited to capabilities

around taxonomy, attributes, substitution and variation strategy, e-assortment recommendations, “macro space planning” online, hubs and visual nav approach, etc.

· Own Omnichannel & eCommerce analytics innovation, ensuring analytics remain a driven advantage to Kraft Heinz, keeping up with the ever-evolving industry.

Expected Experience & Required Skills:

· eCommerce/Omnichannel leadership experience, preferably within CPG

· Marketing experience, preferably in eCommerce/omnichannel

· Bias for action and innovation, with experience in championing breakthrough ideas and initiatives. Minimizes or removes barriers that get in the way of achieving results.

· Data-driven, analytical mindset, and ability to drive from data to insight to action

· Proven ability to drive a sophisticated agenda, including prioritizing, planning, and implementing innovative approaches with tangible and significant business results.

· Experience in leading complementary teams and articulating a compelling and inspiring vision; Self-motivated and genuinely curious, positive personality.

· Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to simultaneously prioritize to deliver insights in fast-paced, agile environment.

· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with an ability to communicate effectively to cross-functional leaders and teams across the organization and across partner companies.

· Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change, delays, or unexpected events.

This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires work on a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$184,000 - $210,000

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
