Partners for Rural Impact is seeking a Senior Director, East Texas, to lead strategy and implementation across rural Deep East Texas. You will align education and economic mobility initiatives with local needs, while coordinating with districts, funders, and partners to maximize impact.

Responsibilities include guiding PRI’s strategic initiatives, measuring progress with the Data and Evaluation team, and building durable capacity in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Senior-level leadership experience with track record in scaling programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead East Texas strategy and initiative leadership, ensuring alignment with PRI priorities and local needs.
• Build trusted relationships with school districts, funders, and community stakeholders to support implementation.
• Oversee measurement of impact with PRI Data and Evaluation partners; track outcomes and report results.
• Provide strategic guidance to PRI leadership on opportunities and funding priorities in Deep East Texas.
• Supervise and develop East Texas team members to ensure effective delivery and sustainability.
• Coordinate with PRI teams to marshal resources and share lessons learned across East Texas and beyond.
