• Education and Experience: MED or MS in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and oversee education services across Grow Early Learning regions and centers.
• Lead development and execution of School Readiness goals.
• Develop curricula, assessment tools and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Develop systems for evaluating classroom quality and reporting progress.
• Design and implement a coordinated language approach to support bilingual families.
• Evaluate effectiveness of education services and plan enhancements.
• Lead training and technical assistance plans for education staff.
• Support accreditation efforts with NAECY; participate in management team.
