Grow Early Learning Corp in Raleigh, NC seeks a Health Services Program Development Specialist to design, implement, and oversee health and safety systems in Head Start settings. This in-office role requires travel and focuses on training and technical assistance to ensure high-quality health services for children and families.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and development of materials to meet performance standards and regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on health and safety of young children and families; 3 years training/TA experience.
• Master’s in Public Health preferred; 5 years training/TA experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development and implementation of comprehensive health and safety services in Head Start settings.
• Provide training and technical assistance to programs to ensure health services are provided and safety is maintained.
• Develop materials and coordinate with staff to ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and related laws.
• Track health services data and assist in reporting and program evaluation.
• Attend professional workshops and collaborate with the Director of Child and Family Health.
