Job summary

Grow Early Learning in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Director of Early Learning to lead and oversee education services across regions and centers, including design, development, implementation and evaluation of curricula and assessments.

The role drives school readiness goals, supports multilingual families, and ensures fidelity to Head Start standards while coordinating with staff, stakeholders, and delegates; travel is required and the position is in-office.

Qualifications

• MED or MS in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role.
• Knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of agency wide school readiness goals aligned with federal and state systems.
• Direct execution of school readiness goals and objectives with course corrections as needed.
• Oversee curricula review, selection and development for appropriateness and impact.
• Lead education staff in individualizing curricula and creating supportive resources.
• Guide classrooms to reflect cultures and languages of children and families.
• Develop reporting systems for progress and quality indicators for stakeholders.
