Job summary

Learning Care Group in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Center Director to lead a school, manage staff, and ensure high-quality care and operations.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children; foster strong partnerships with families; and uphold licensing standards while delivering a warm, engaging learning environment.

We offer ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and a Master Teacher Program to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must have at least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
