Job summary

Igloo, a Dometic brand, is seeking a Senior Director – Mobile Cooling Solutions, E-Commerce to translate digital strategy into focused execution across owned DTC platforms. You will lead brand-level digital commerce, partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, and drive growth, profitability, and customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in e-commerce/digital commerce, strong leadership, and a track record of turning enterprise direction into actionable plans with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, DTC, digital commerce, or omnichannel consumer businesses.
• Experience managing brand or channel revenue and profitability with strong financial and analytical discipline.
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization.
• Consumer products, lifestyle, outdoor, durable goods, or related brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate digital and DTC strategy into an Igloo digital commerce plan with priorities and roadmap.
• Lead Igloo performance across owned DTC platforms and optimize channel plans.
• Deliver digital revenue, margin, conversion, and customer growth within approved plans.
• Lead the e-commerce team and collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
