Job summary

Dometic's Igloo brand seeks a Senior Director – Mobile Cooling Solutions, E-Commerce, to translate digital strategy into executable plans across owned DTC platforms. You will lead brand-level digital commerce, drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and IT to deliver sustainable results.

Based in Irvine, you'll shape priorities, manage an e-commerce team, and champion a data-driven, test-and-learn culture aligned with enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, DTC, digital commerce, or omnichannel consumer businesses with leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing brand or channel revenue and profitability, with strong financial and analytical discipline.
• Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional partners in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate Igloo digital commerce strategy into an annual Igloo digital plan with priorities, targets, and execution roadmap.
• Lead Igloo digital operating rhythm, performance reviews, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Develop channel plans defining assortment, content, merchandising, promotions, traffic, conversion, and retention for the Igloo brand.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to forecast, monitor performance, and improve in-stock and order flow.
