VML is seeking a Director of Digital Shelf Strategy & Content to lead cross-functional teams in optimizing product content, discoverability, and shopper experience across retailer ecosystems in the United States. You will translate shopper insights into scalable content strategies, work with PXM platforms, and guide analytics-driven optimization to improve conversion and commercial performance.
