Qualifications

• 7–10 years of digital marketing experience with significant leadership in an agency setting.
• Proven success leading integrated digital programs and managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Deep expertise across digital channels including email, paid media, CRO, and texting.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, projections, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of high-value and/or complex client accounts as the senior strategic partner.
• Hold accountability for overall client satisfaction, retention, and revenue performance across the portfolio.
• Set the strategic vision for each account and ensure alignment of digital programs to client mission and business goals.
• Lead senior client presentations, annual reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Develop sophisticated, integrated digital strategies spanning email, CRO, digital media, texting, and emerging channels.
