Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 7-10 years of digital marketing experience with agency leadership.
• Proven success leading integrated digital programs and multi-million-dollar portfolios.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Deep expertise across email, paid media, CRO, and texting.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of high-value client accounts as senior strategic partner.
• Drive client retention, revenue performance, and renewal negotiations.
• Set strategic vision for accounts and align digital programs with client missions.
• Lead senior client presentations, annual reviews, and strategic planning.
• Oversee budgets, multi-year projections, and financial reporting at portfolio level.
