RKD Group is seeking a Creative Director to lead digital and direct mail fundraising creatives for a national nonprofit client base. This remote-first role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor copy and design teams while delivering donor-centric campaigns.

As a trusted advisor to clients and the RKD Creative Group, you will shape concepts, ensure brand consistency, and drive innovative fundraising solutions that outperform expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, or related fields.
• PC or Mac proficient.
• 10+ years’ experience in direct response fundraising for nonprofits preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience working on accounts for national brands preferred.
• Experience with best practices in offer development for direct response marketing.
• Experience in concept development and campaign development.
• Experience in creative development for digital media.
• Proven success supervising staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RKD Group's Creative Group and mentor full-time staff.
• Develop offer-focused, donor-centric digital creative solutions.
• Provide clear creative direction throughout project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Present creative ideas to clients and incorporate feedback to refine campaigns.
• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and creative storytelling.
• Combine brand-building and fundraising best practices to produce results-oriented creative solutions.
• Assist Client Experience and Sales in positioning and promoting concepts and strategies.
• Provide mentorship for design and copy disciplines within the team.
• Travel as requested for sales efforts and client relationship-building.
