Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science with focus on solid‑state electronics and 15–20 years semiconductor engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large engineering teams and manage complex process technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition, optimization, and scaling of advanced semiconductor devices for all product lines.
• Define and execute plans of record with schedules, deliverables, and risk management.
• Drive process definition, documentation, and continuous improvement with stakeholders.
