Symicor Group is seeking a Director of Deposit Operations in Minneapolis, MN, overseeing all Retail Operations related to check, ACH, ATM, debit card processing, and related research. This role carries a salary up to $150K and a full benefits package, with no remote option.

You will lead a team, manage reporting, and coordinate with other bank areas to ensure accurate deposit processing and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Ten or more years of banking (retail) experience with supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of fundamental bank compliance topics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee deposit account processing including check, ACH, ATM/debit card settlements and reconciliations.
• Manage lockbox remittance processing and the proof department, including monthly billing.
• Prepare monthly reports on ATM, debit card, lockbox profitability and reconciliations.
• Resolve customer issues related to deposit and lockbox errors.
• Lead Retail Operations team with coaching, development, training and performance management.
• Collaborate with other bank areas to ensure efficient management of customer deposit accounts.
