Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management field.
• Four or more years of bank operations, treasury, and payment experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience with deposit-related banking products and services.
• Proven ability to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations and risks; ensure controls and procedures.
• Oversee wire transfer processes, including training and risk assessments.
• Manage Debit Card operations, contracts, and platform administration.
• Coordinate quality control of deposit services and regulatory compliance.
• Lead teams to improve efficiency and cross-department collaboration.
• Research tech trends and align with the bank roadmap.
• Analyze and resolve issues affecting service quality.
