Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
• Experience launching and scaling new channels.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.
• Minor travel required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels with channel owners.
• Design test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels.
• Build channel plans, success criteria, and scale/kill recommendations.
• Create documentation and enablement materials for pilots.
• Manage a large marketing portfolio across channels and partners driving to Experian Insurance.
• Improve execution standards across marketing teams and channels.
• Set budget direction, pacing, and diagnostics.
• Standardize processes and operating rhythms across channels.
• Partner with analytics to improve targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring.
• Translate funnel insights into actionable recommendations.
• Forecast demand and plan scenarios across channels to inform growth strategy.
