IT Delivery Manager

We are searching for a highly experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead and manage delivery for a telecom customer engagement. This role will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery oversight, stakeholder management, team leadership, and portfolio financial governance while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and driving value through continuous improvements and account growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects/programs within the telecom portfolio
• Ensure high‑quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and SLA commitments
• Manage and lead an onshore team of 20‑40 members
• Coordinate effectively with offshore delivery teams
• Act as a primary interface with customer leadership (Director level and below)
• Address and proactively manage customer escalations
• Own financial performance of the portfolio (revenue, margin, cost optimization)
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Identify and drive new opportunities through account mining
• Support creation and submission of proposals, SOWs, and solution offerings

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience
• Strong experience in IT delivery management within the telecom domain
• Proven track record of managing mid‑to‑large size teams (20–40+)
• Experience working in onsite‑offshore delivery models
• Strong understanding of data/engineering projects, delivery metrics, and quality models
• Hands‑on experience with financial management, invoicing, and margin control
• Ability to manage customer escalations and complex stakeholder environments
• Experience in proposal creation and account mining initiatives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom environments
• Exposure to AI tools, automation frameworks, and modern engineering practices
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Certification in PMP / Agile / Scrum (preferred)

Role Location: Atlanta, Georgia – Onsite

Compensation Range: $130,000 – $195,000 per year
