Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to own the strategy and roadmap for the Finance and Accounting BI tool portfolio, including capital, labor, and inventory reporting. The role is on-site in Renton, Washington with relocation provided and offers high autonomy to shape tooling across the function.

You will mentor other analysts, partner with Enterprise Technology, and lead build-vs-buy decisions to close reporting gaps as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business intelligence or analytics supporting Finance/Accounting.
• Autonomy in BI strategy and roadmap; building tools from scratch.
• Advanced Power BI or Tableau and SQL knowledge.
• Understanding cost accounting concepts and ability to learn Blue Origin policies.

Responsabilités

• Own the BI tool portfolio for Finance and Accounting.
• Partner with ET to separate logic between BI and source systems.
• Automate inventory reconciliations and costing sheet monitoring.
• Design automated logic to flag and correct transactions.
• Identify gaps and design new BI tools to address them.
• Set priorities for BI roadmap with Finance, Accounting, and ET leadership.
• Mentor analysts and represent BI needs in governance.
