Job summary

Omnicell, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Product Management – Data Solutions to define the vision for OmniSphere's data platform, analytics, AI intelligence, and agentic experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams to enable a single source of truth and actionable insights across care continuum workflows.

You will own multi-year roadmaps, govern data quality, and drive prescriptive analytics while guiding platform investments and go-to-market alignment with executives and customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling data platforms and analytics products.
• Senior leadership in platform-scale products serving multiple applications.
• Strong judgment balancing platform investments with near-term impact.
• Experience with data trust, reliability, and explainability.
• 12+ years in product management, 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Business and financial acumen including P&L, pricing, revenue and costs.
• Leadership in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to translate strategy to executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-year product vision for OmniSphere's data platform and AI layers.
• Lead governance for shared data foundation, data ingestion, normalization, and provenance.
• Drive analytics evolution from descriptive to prescriptive and predictive insights.
• Set direction for AI Intelligence Layer and ensure platform-wide reuse.
• Lead Agentic Experience strategy and align with platform UX standards.
• Mentor senior product managers across data, analytics, AI, and agentic pillars.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, commercial, and leadership teams.
