Job description

Role Summary

The Senior Director of Product Management – Data Solutions is responsible for defining and leading the product vision, strategy, and execution for OmniSphere’s Data Solutions, comprising our Shared Data Platform, Analytics, AI Intelligence, and Agentic Experience. This role is critical in ensuring OmniSphere operates as a cloud‑native enterprise platform that provides a single source of truth and intelligence layer for medication management across the continuum of care. The Senior Director will bring together data, analytics, AI, and agentic workflows to move customers from visibility to insight to action — supporting measurable outcomes today and enabling a long‑term path toward increasingly autonomous pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Vision & Strategy
  • Own and evolve the multi‑year product vision and roadmap for OmniSphere’s data platform, analytics, AI, and agentic experience layers.

  • Ensure the platform functions as a shared foundation that supports multiple OmniSphere applications without duplicating data models, analytics logic, or intelligence capabilities.

  • Translate customer and business outcomes into platform‑level product investments.

  • Evangelize the value and capabilities of OmniSphere.

Data Platform & Governance
  • Provide executive product leadership for OmniSphere’s shared data foundation, including data ingestion, normalization, contextualization, and governance.

  • Own product direction for the Core Medication Data Asset and enterprise data services.

  • Establish and enforce data quality, provenance, and trust standards required for analytics, AI, and ecosystem integrations.

  • Partner cross‑functionally to enable scalable integration of Omnicell and third‑party data sources.

Analytics & Core Insights
  • Oversee the evolution OmniSphere’s analytics solutions.

  • Drive the transition from descriptive reporting to prescriptive and predictive analytics that connect insights directly to workflows and actions.

  • Ensure analytics capabilities are enterprise‑grade, explainable, and aligned with customer willingness to pay and platform adoption.

AI & Intelligence Layer
  • Set product direction for OmniSphere’s AI Intelligence Layer, including model access, orchestration, and reusable intelligence services.

  • Ensure AI capabilities are delivered as platform services, not isolated features, and are leveraged consistently across applications.

  • Establish guardrails for explainability, validation, monitoring, and trust in regulated healthcare environments.

Agentic Experience
  • Lead product strategy for our Agent Experience, enabling self‑service and workflow automation across OmniSphere.

  • Ensure agentic experiences reduce cognitive burden and operationalize analytics and AI into execution.

  • Align agent‑driven workflows with shared platform UX standards, permissions, and auditability requirements.

Product Leadership & Cross – Functional Alignment
  • Lead, mentor, and scale senior product managers across the data, analytics, AI, and agentic pillars.

  • Lead the adoption of AI‑driven product development practices, embedding intelligence into product discovery, prioritization, delivery, and iteration.

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, clinical, commercial, and platform leaders to ensure cohesive execution.

  • Represent platform product strategy with executive leadership, customers, and strategic partners

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling data platforms, analytics products, and AI‑enabled systems in complex enterprise environments.

  • Senior product leadership experience owning platform‑scale products that serve multiple applications.

  • Strong product judgment in balancing foundational platform investments with near‑term customer and commercial impact.

  • Experience operating in environments where data trust, reliability, and explainability are critical.

  • 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple product lines or a platform organization.

  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen, including experience owning P&L, pricing strategy, and revenue and cost targets for a product portfolio.

  • Proven people leadership experience managing and developing a team of product managers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

  • Experience communicating strategy and results to senior executives and/or board-level audiences, translating technical and market complexity into clear business narratives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.

  • Experience leading product teams that leverage AI to accelerate product discovery, prioritization, and delivery.

  • Familiarity with agent‑based or workflow‑oriented AI systems that connect insights directly to execution.

  • Experience leading product teams through platform transitions or large‑scale modernization efforts.

  • Experience evaluating build, partner, or buy options, including technical and commercial due diligence in support of M&A or strategic partnership decisions.

  • Experience contributing to organization-wide talent strategy, including succession planning and development of product management talent beyond one's own direct team.

  • Recognized as a thought leader in the product management community through speaking engagements, publications, or industry involvement.
