Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director to lead as a trusted voice within the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group.

You will craft must-have insights, deliver thought leadership, and provide actionable guidance to Gartner clients across local, regional, and global levels. You will develop in-depth analyses to uncover root causes, shape client strategies, and present high-value content at Gartner events and client briefings.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with data analytics and the ability to explain insights to a C-level audience.
• Experience implementing AI solutions and understanding where AI and data foundations lead.
• Experience with securing data and IP and best practices for safeguarding information while leveraging data and AI.
• Demonstrate executive presence and credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content.
• Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership to address client needs and accelerate action.
• Analyze root causes of client barriers and reframing needs to drive strategy forward.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and establish Insights positions across a team of analysts.
• Provide high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
