Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director within the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group to lead research and client engagement globally from Irving, TX. You will produce must-have insights, guide strategic thinking, and present findings to executives in high-stakes settings.

You will mentor junior team members, drive innovation within the research agenda, and collaborate across teams while traveling up to 25% to服务 clients and Gartner events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Experience implementing AI solutions and understanding where AI and data foundations will lead.
• Experience with securing data and IP and best practices for securing information while leveraging data and AI.
• Strong insights into extracting value from data, from foundations to forward-thinking ideas.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content.
• Develop new insights through thought leadership and actionable approaches for clients’ needs.
• Identify root causes of client barriers and reframing thinking to drive strategy.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across a team of analysts.
• Provide clients with actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
• Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Support BTI and Sales as the voice of the market to drive engagement with clients.
