Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Sr. Director to lead Data Center End-to-End Portfolio & Project Controls for the Shackleford County AI Data Center Campus.

You will establish and scale the E2E controls organization, manage schedules, costs, and forecasting, and coordinate 3,500 to 8,000 workers across multiple delivery partners. Qualifications

• 13+ years' experience in project controls, portfolio management, program management, construction delivery, supply chain, or governance.
• 7+ years' leadership and people management experience, including managers of managers.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, data center, mission-critical, or manufacturing programs.
• Strong understanding of integrated schedules, cost tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Ability to connect portfolio data with field conditions and coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing readiness.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, CCP, PSP, Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for end-to-end portfolio and project controls across a multi-year data center campus program.
• Lead development of schedules, budgets, forecasting, risk management, and reporting across internal and external teams.
• Direct vendor, contractor, and colocation provider contracts and performance alignment with design plans.
• Oversee site integration, startup, commissioning, and quality assurance across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, schedule predictability, and supplier readiness.
• Foster high-level stakeholder relationships and effective governance with executives, engineering, construction, and commercial teams.
