Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Sr. Director for Data Center End-to-End Portfolio & Project Controls to lead a $29B-capital program across Shackleford AI Data Center Campus. You will shape the E2E portfolio, forecast, and governance with a large, global team, including vendors and construction personnel.

You will collaborate with executives, engineering, commercial, and partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Master’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Extensive experience in project controls, portfolio management, or construction governance.

Responsibilities

• Directs and mentors construction project teams to align with the strategic vision.
• Oversees documentation and problem-solving papers across projects.
• Provides executive oversight of quality control in construction activities.
