Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, LLC seeks a senior lead for major client accounts and project portfolios to ensure outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction. You will drive retention, expansion, and business development while overseeing fee proposals and strategic opportunities.

You will manage financial performance, lead multidisciplinary teams, and guide risk mitigation, cost control, and value engineering to deliver complex capital projects—especially in data centers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, project controls, cost management, or major capital project delivery, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Significant experience delivering large and complex capital projects in data centers or similar high-tech/mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing project financial performance, resource planning, and delivery quality, including margin analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing project team.
• Lead internal QA/QC reviews and post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes.
• Represent Accenture at industry events and act as a senior advisor to reinforce brand.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience


• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, project controls, cost management, or major capital project delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity


• Significant experience delivering large and complex capital projects within data centers or comparable environments such as high tech, semiconductor, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, mission critical facilities, or similar technically complex industries


• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and project professionals


• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and engaging senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor


• Experience managing project financial performance, resource planning, commercial performance, and delivery quality, with
