Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a data center or critical environment
• Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery
• Experience working with complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders on data center projects
• Build and maintain relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center clients
• Lead client meetings, reporting, and overall communication strategy across project lifecycles
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes for complex data center builds
• Review and approve subcontractor contracts, change orders, and pay applications
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure strong commercial performance
• Support estimating, procurement, and bid strategy for data center opportunities
• Lead constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives for mission-critical environments
• Ensure alignment between design, scope, and execution strategy for data center delivery
• Oversee project schedules, identify delivery risks, and drive accountability across internal teams and subcontractors
• Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
