Qualifications

• Experience in civil, structural, architectural and MEP construction management required.
• Data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of construction including planning, design, and project closeout.
• Create and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Manage direct reports and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable requirements for new data center spaces.
