Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Senior Director of Construction located in New Albany, Ohio. This role requires overseeing new development, design, and all construction aspects, ensuring projects align with corporate objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 10-15 years of relevant experience, and a strong background in technical construction, preferably within data centers. Benefits include extensive health coverage, a 401k program, and additional perks.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of management experience, 12 to 15 preferred.
• Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management required.
• Travel required is expected to be 10-30%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from concept through commissioning.
• Manage project budgets and establish monthly forecasts.
• Drive day-to-day construction decisions.

Skills

Complex and technical construction experience

Data Center experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Project management tools (MS Project or P6)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar field
