Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Director of Construction & Development to oversee data center development and construction projects across an defined region. You will lead programs from planning to turnover, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while aligning with CyrusOne standards.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive successful delivery, mentor staff, and report on status, risks, and financials to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management, project management, or mission-critical infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and project teams.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center development and construction projects within the assigned region.
• Manage project execution from pre-construction planning through commissioning and turnover to Operations.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasts, contracts, and change order processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Identify and resolve project risks, technical issues, and construction challenges.
