Experience leading large-scale data center construction projects.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple data center development and construction projects within the assigned region.
Manage project execution from pre-construction planning through commissioning and turnover to Operations.
Oversee schedules, budgets, forecasts, contracts, and change orders.
Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are met.
Identify and resolve project risks and technical challenges.
Monitor contractor, consultant, and vendor performance.
Provide status updates, financial reporting, and risk assessments to leadership.
Lead and develop assigned team members and supervise PM staff.
Collaborate with Development, Design & Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, Procurement, and Finance teams.
