Fora seeks a Director of Data Analytics to architect and scale the data function as a diagnostic engine for growth. This hands-on leadership role turns complex behavioral, transactional, product, and marketing data into systems and insights guiding company decisions.

You will lead analytics across marketing, product, and corporate needs, building on a lean team. As Fora scales, strengthen infrastructure, models, processes, and teams to support AI initiatives, forecasting, and self-serve

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in data, analytics, or data science with leadership experience.
• Strong marketing and product data science expertise.
• Experience with marketplace/transactional models and related analyses.
• Fluency with modern analytics infrastructure and BI systems.
• Hands-on with BigQuery and dbt.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics strategy across marketing, product, and corporate analytics.
• Lead marketing data science covering attribution, LTV, CAC, channel efficiency.
• Lead product data science for a two-sided marketplace, including matching and experimentation.
• Own metrics and frameworks for board reporting, cohorts, and forecasting.
• Build a trusted source of truth for company performance and decision making.
• Scale analytics engineering and data infrastructure to support growth and self-serve analytics.
• Define hiring, org structure, processes, and execution standards for the data function.
• Create operating rhythms to improve prioritization, data quality, and speed of insights.
