Fora Financial is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to build and own the platform backbone for governed reporting and trusted AI workflows. This hands-on IC role focuses on architecture decisions—from ingestion patterns to Snowflake design and data contracts—then getting into pipelines and operations.

You will partner with Analytics, Engineering, and vendors to turn fragmented sources into trustworthy data products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• Experience designing and operating production data platforms.
• Strong understanding of ingestion, modeling, and governance.
